Shipping policy

MENSLACE is an independent, one-person studio. Your patience and support mean everything — orders are fulfilled with care as quickly as possible.

Processing Time All orders are shipped from Minnesota, USA. Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days.

Print Orders Art and photo prints are fulfilled through a professional print lab and shipped with tracking. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment. International orders may take 7–21 business days depending on destination. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Mail Club Orders Mail club items ship in envelopes and do not include tracking. These will ship on the second of each month. Domestic delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after shipment.

Split Shipments If your order includes both a Mail Club item and a print, they will arrive separately. You will receive tracking for your print order only.

Shipping Costs Shipping is charged once per order, regardless of the number of items.
