All Sales Final Because every print is made to order through our professional print lab, all sales are final.We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or color variation between screen and print.

Damages and Issues We stand behind the quality of every order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at talktotanner@menslaceart.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
We will make it right through a replacement or refund at our discretion — no hassle.
Mail Club Items Mail club items are non-returnable. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we'll resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items The following are non-returnable under all circumstances:
- Made-to-order prints
- Mail club items
- Sale items
- Gift cards
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period If your order ships into the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days for any reason. Your item must be unused and in its original condition with proof of purchase.
Refunds Refunds are issued only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at talktotanner@menslaceart.com.
